He then continuously followed up with us over a period of three years in reference to us purchasing a house. His persistence paid off :) we are now home owners. Thank you Jim. Jim was extremely professional and kind in making us understand and go through the entire process of seeing houses, us falling in love with our perfect home and Jim getting the offer accepted so quickly. Janell was very knowledgeable and always available. This was our first home purchase, so we knew nothing.
