Buyer reviewKeith was extremely knowledgeable regarding homes and was quick to follow up on any homes I wanted to see. He was able to show a home with little notice. Most importantly he followed through from the time of a sign offered to the time of closing. I will recommend him to anyone that is interested in buying or selling. I was working with another realtor from another agency and was dissatisfied with her follow through. Keith allowed me the time to talk through pros and cons of home and write an offer that was acceptable to me and the seller. Helped me determine a fair price for home. Keith took care of contracts and worked with financial institution and title company. He arranged everything and was able to close on the house sooner than anticipated. Keith gave me a list of home inspectors.
