Her attention to detail and acute perception of what I wanted made the whole experience easy and enjoyable! She was available at all hours and never, not once, disappointed me! Everyone always says buying your first home is an exciting but very stressful thing. Jenices expertise and charisma made all the negative aspects fade away completely. Buyer reviewIt makes a huge difference when you have a go getter. Especially in an area that's not a high motivator. She was always available, went above and beyond and became more like family. I wouldn't use anyone else. Jenice Alexander went above and beyond. Her business and work ethic were impeccable. If you think you like your present realtor...still try Jenice out. You may change your mind. She's dedicated to get clients and doesn't rest....even with the flu until the customer is happy. We've bought and sold 4 houses in the last 2 years and if every realtor was on target like her...there would be no complaints. Thanks Jenice. You are going to take this industry by whirlwind and you give other agents the standard to set.

Seller reviewJenice posted my property through several legitimate social media websites and tagged me in them so I could also see the amount of interest in our home. This was VERY helpful so that while we were busy with our lives I was able to keep up with real movement and as it took place Lee was amazing also you have a great team to be proud of right after we put our home on the market My husband and I both had unexpected surgeries and we never once had to be "WORRIED" about the handling of this property Jenice is very approachable even after the sale I was looking for an important check coming to the old address and she made it a priority to see that this was made available to me.
