Seller reviewJenice Boyd-Smith did an outstanding job getting my house sold. I contacted her about getting my house listed on a Monday, and by Friday, she had it listed with several showings already in the works! She managed to get it sold four hours after listing and for above asking price. She kept me up-to-date on every part of the process from listing my house to working with the buyers on inspection needs. Any time I had questions, I could text or call her and she always responded quickly and with the answer I needed. I've used her a couple of times now, and I will continue to give her my business in the future. She is just the best realtor I've ever worked with!
