Seller reviewFrom the time that we first met Susan, she seemed very knowledgeable and professional and truly wanted to help us sell our home. It helped that she lived close by, so her knowledge of the comps and the eventual pricing of our home were perfect. Susan was very expeditious in every step of the process and helped to keep us motivated as we had a couple of disappointments early on. Every phone call, text message, or email was returned promptly by all members of the team, and though she provided great advice, she was always quick to tell us that she was only an advisor and we had to make the decisions. Once we were under contract, Susan and her team did not slow down. They kept up with the paperwork and patiently answered our many questions regarding our first home sale. Susan and the team made themselves available to us day and night and often at weird hours due to our unique military situation, and we never sensed an iota of frustration or impatience from any member of the team.
