Connecting with C21NM was primarily through past experiences and recommendations from friends. It is most important to me that agents were trusted by people that I know and trust. Local knowledge is also very important. I have experienced brokers in the past that don't have a clue about the local market (other than automated reporting tools) and can't fully communicate to the client the market and risk around a property. My property was on the market for over 11 months prior to Susan becoming my broker. I used two different agents prior to Susan (1 non-C21NM and 1 C21NM). We did not have one offer on the home during that time period. Susan's best quality (and most valued in my opinion) is her communication skills. I lived over 1500 miles away from the home while it was on the market. Her ability to contact and communicate issues, concerns, etc. made me feel like I was living next door to her. Very responsive to individual requests for appointments or information. There was always a poc who could/would respond in a moments notice.
