When my now husband and I were preparing for our wedding and getting ready to start our next chapter, buying a house was number one on our list. Neither of us had any idea where or how to begin! We were fortunate enough to be introduced to Lorraine and Jim Sullivan who were extremely knowledgeable and patient with us as first time home buyers! They walked us through every process from start to finish, answering every question we had, no matter how silly they were. Plus, any realtor that was willing to put up with my crazy needs/wants list must be a Saint! The Sullivan's were able to not only find us the perfect starter home, but to also have us moved in in less than a month and a half from when we started looking, just 2 days before our wedding! When I was offered my dream job as a flight nurse, my husband and I decided to take the leap and make a big move to Texas. Naturally, we called the Sullivan's to help us in the process of selling our home since we had such an amazing experience with them when we purchased it. We gave them, what we thought, was an impossible task as we were set to move to Texas in just 6 weeks! In less than a weekend, they had us listed with exterior photos as coming soon with incredible interest. We went live on a Sunday and had over 30 showings in less than 6 days! We didn't even have time to take interior photos between all of the showings! We had multiple above asking price offers and were able to close just last week with no issues! The Sullivan Team have proven to be the best in our eyes, whether buying or selling, and we wish we could steal her and bring her to Texas to help us find our next home! Lorraine Sullivan was my realtor in the sale of my home and also sold 2 other homes for me.
