Buyer reviewDaryl was extremely responsive to any and all questions that I had while finding a home and making a purchase remotely, and he was proactive in every sense...always looking ahead at the next steps so that we are prepared. He has a vast knowledge of the Cape Coral market and an extensive list of high quality industry contacts that he was able to recommend including: Mortgage Brokers, Insurance Agents, and Contractors. Daryl always provided multiple options for me to reach out to and qualify. The Team of Daryl and Amy is a powerhouse, as Amy would also provide valuable insights along the way, and between the two of them they were basically reachable 24/7! This could have been a very stressful event but it felt smooth from start to finish and I knew I was well taken care of from day 1. I would definitely work with Daryl and Amy again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a property in Cape Coral!!

Seller reviewDaryl and Amy saved me! I was in a difficult situation with my house and I didn't know how to go about selling it. They were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Explained every step to me. As soon as Daryl heard my story, he said nobody was fighting for me so him and Amy were going to help me and he kept his word the whole way through. He always answered when I called. Always communicated with me with every back and forth thing we had to go through. He was thorough, double, even triple checked his work. To say I am grateful for them is an understatement. They really listened and really did everything to make sure my house gets sold and sold by the time it needed to be and believe me they really had to put in the work because I did not want to communicate with my ex-husband who also owned the home so he did all the communicating...but they never quit. I would give them 3,000 stars if I could. I will recommend them to anyone. Really, Thank you to the both of them.
