Seller reviewThis property was under management for lease with Thelma Miller of Century-21, Richard Berry for approximately ten years. Having been a real estate agent for another company decades ago, I had knowledge of Thelma's expertise in the real estate field. I would recommend Century 21 Richard Berry & Associates, Inc to anyone. In fact I recommended them to my daughter who listed her rental property with them for management. This property was listed in the morning, by the same afternoon I was informed by a friend there was going to be a cash offer on the property. The next morning, there was an cash offer which I accepted. It closed in two weeks. My overall experience has been excellent.

They were very impressed and pleased with the personal service that Thelma provided, which is what lead me to chose to her as my agent. With this being my first house purchase, I was extremely pleased with how Thelma made sure I understood every aspect of the sale and knew what to expect throughout the process. From start to finish, I always felt comforted knowing that Thelma was there making sure that the sale went through efficiently and in a timely manner. With her resources of mortgage brokers and inspectors, I just cannot say it enough on how I always felt comforted while working with Thelma.
