My husband and I were referred to Richard Berry & Associates by a relative who is in real estate in another area. We were first-time home buyers and it was very important to us to have an agent we could trust to lead us through the process. We were paired with agent Thelma Miller and could not have been happier with her service. Thelma took the time to find out exactly what we were looking for, in which areas, and the budget we had. She went to work right away finding us homes to look at. My husband and I both work full-time, and Thelma was always available to help us when we needed it. Homes were selling very quickly in the neighborhoods in which we were interested, but Thelma was able to get us in to see everything we wanted to look at and was able to answer any questions or concerns we had on every property. She was very ethical and we always felt that she was looking out for our interests in a very professional way. I would recommend Thelma to anyone who is looking for a kind, caring, and professional agent.
