We put our faith in Tim that night, and we received three offers on our home within the first week; including a fair offer which we accepted and sold shortly after. I met Tim at a social event. He was a friend of a friend, and we got along very well when we met. I had been telling him about my bad experience with my agent while buying my house, and he told me that he was a realtor and gave me his card. I held onto it just in case. Since I had liked him, and he was a very honest, straight-forward guy, I chose to go with him to sell my house when the time came (over a year later). I didn't bother even looking elsewhere, and he was excellent through the whole process! Even though I know he is a busy man, he always made me feel like I was his only client. He was always right on top of everything, and if he had bad news to give me from prospective buyers, he always had a contingency plan ready to go. That really helped keep me calm as I was very anxious to sell. He was absolutely great!

Tim Hillmer was great from the every beginning. He was very informative about what we could expect. He had a contract on our home in one day. Even though that contract fell through and we put it back on the market Tim had two offers within 2 days for us to consider. He was very helpful with the closing process when we let him know we would be on vacation for a week. He worked hard of us to sign papers before we left and our house closed the following Monday. I would highly recommend Tim to family and friends.

After interviewing 3 agents to sell our house it was only after interviewing him and seeing how he proposed to sell my house that we choose him to be our realtor. We care very happy with that decision since the sale and had no issue since.

He advised me as to what I needed to do to get the property sold quickly. Part of that advice included what I should not spend time or money on, as I would not reap any significant monetary gains but doing so.
