He is friendly, down to earth, approachable, good eye contact when speaking, great hand shake, dresses well but not obnoxious or flamboyant. He provides an exceptional presentation upon meeeting the client, showing knowledge and eagerness to sell ones house. He is readily available to the client via phone, text and email which made the sale of the house quick and easy. I will admit that I can be a difficult person at times but Mr. Hillmer handle my personality with grace, patience and charm. I highly recommend Tim Hillmer as a real estate agent!
