We are not from TN and had only been here once. We switched from another agent because we did not feel she was listening to our concerns and needs. Sherry and Todd are great listeners. The neighborhood we ended up in has exceeded our expectations. It is perfect for us! Todd and Sherry helped us at a very stressful time. We do not know anyone here or which businesses are the best to work with and they helped with that. They exceeded our expectations of what we expected from an agent. Seller reviewSherri was very patient and understanding with my very picky spouse! She took the time to answer numerous questions, even sending links and/or resources when needed. She did a phenomenal job on pictures and was very helpful with staging. She answered texts in a timely manner. Honestly, I know she has dozens of clients, but I always felt like I was the top priority. She was there through every step of the process, explaining and guiding when needed.
