Tom was recommended to me by my sister who knows him through business contacts. She said that he is a really nice guy and would be a good choice. Boy, was she right! Tom was always available by text, email or in person and kept an eye out for new listings coming on the market in my price range. He listened to me and really understood what kind of house would interest me. Most of all, he was very patient with me. I'm sure I wasn't the easiest client he had. Tom was great in suggesting a different mortgage company than I was planning on using which I asked his opinion about. I've been away from the area for a long time and had no connections. Because of Tom's suggestion I found a great local mortgage company that was familiar with all the different options there were for loans in this area. Tom always answered all my questions and if he didn't have the answer, he found it for me. Again I can't overstate how grateful I was with Tom's patience. I'm not the most patient person and would rush into things without knowing enough about it. Tom kept me grounded.

Tom has a very friendly , pleasant personality. Tom was always quick to respond to our calls with questions and very helpful in explaining different processes to us since we were first time home owners and unfamiliar. Made the process of buying our first home more reassuring when he negotiated a home warranty for us.
