My husband and I were extremely happy with how professional and knowledgeable Tom Wawczak was at helping us find our new home. It was not an easy journey but Tom helped us through it all. He was always available for us to ask questions and he was always ready to call for a showing as soon as a new house hit the market! What stands out most for me about Tom is his personality. He is always happy and easing going. I never felt like he was too busy to help me, even thought I know for a fact that he WAS insanely busy most of the time:) I would recommend Tom to anyone looking to buy or sell a home! He is a great person and a fantastic realtor!!!

Tom did an excellent job dealing with me for my first home purchase I had so many questions throughout the process and he was always quick to answer the phone and field my questions and promote a calm atmosphere throughout a very stressful time I'm very pleased with Tom and everything he did for me. Searching for a home was a stressful process as a first time home buyer. However, having Tom Wawczak as our guide, eliminated the majority of that stress. He was confident in the knowledge that he holds, however also very understanding of our needs. Tom was willing to communicate through out the day, including after 10pm or very early mornings. There was not a step of the way that I was not clued into the process. I appreciate the fact that he took extra time to make sure I was comprehending the process. Tom found our dream home, and encouraged us to act. We could not be any happier with our new home. I would recommend Tom and his office to any first time home buyers!

Tom was recommended to me by my sister who knows him through business contacts. She said that he is a really nice guy and would be a good choice. Boy, was she right! Tom was always available by text, email or in person and kept an eye out for new listings coming on the market in my price range. He listened to me and really understood what kind of house would interest me. Most of all, he was very patient with me. I'm sure I wasn't the easiest client he had. Tom was great in suggesting a different mortgage company than I was planning on using which I asked his opinion about. I've been away from the area for a long time and had no connections. Because of Tom's suggestion I found a great local mortgage company that was familiar with all the different options there were for loans in this area. Tom always answered all my questions and if he didn't have the answer, he found it for me. Again I can't overstate how grateful I was with Tom's patience. I'm not the most patient person and would rush into things without knowing enough about it. Tom kept me grounded.

Tom has a very friendly , pleasant personality. Tom was always quick to respond to our calls with questions and very helpful in explaining different processes to us since we were first time home owners and unfamiliar. Made the process of buying our first home more reassuring when he negotiated a home warranty for us.
