Buyer reviewWorking with Tom has been such a great experience. My husband and I really had him working hard to find and secure our perfect home. We started working with him in March and closed in August, and throughout the process he was kind, honest, knowledgeable and accommodating. He showed us several homes and was always willing to do so even though the home didn't meet all our needs. We couldn't have asked for a better agent. We love our new home!

Seller reviewWe enjoyed the experience with Tom Wowczack from the very beginning. He was friendly and professional from beginning to the end. We had a very difficult experience with the loading of the moving truck. It rained all day! We had zero time to clean anything. Tom arranged for a cleaning crew, and the house sold in one day. The pictures after the cleaning were spectacular. The movers couldn't even get all of our things on the truck. Tom made sure he was available when they came to pick up the balance. His dedication is above and beyond. The amount of trash left behind by the movers was incredible. Tom made sure it all was out next trash day.
