When our appraisal of the house didn't come in were we expected, I paid for a second appraisal on my own, based on Cody's assessment value of our house, and the second appraisal came out exactly where we needed and exactly where Cody had assessed it at. His assessment was the single most important part of the process for our home sale. Its not just thrown together either, it researched and based on market numbers. I trusted him and it paid off big time. Also, really important, we never, ever, felt like he wanted us to do anything not in our best interest, which was really important to our family of six. Never felt pushed. Always when we were ready. Even now he has shown us so many houses I can't count, and never once complained, always when were ready.
