Buyer reviewI was referred to Stacy and Sue by my sister who purchased a home through them. I appreciated the fact that they worked as a team. Could not be more pleased with the way everything was handled. Stacy was always on the ball and had great follow-up. Though I was only purchasing a small condo, I feel Stacy treated me the same way she would have handled a large deal. Everyone was pleasant to deal with.

Buyer reviewSue was fantastic. She was so attentive to our needs from the beginning when we started emailing and inquiring about the area. Then when we came down she was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We enjoyed our couple days of viewing houses with her. Then once we put our offer in on the house in Florida and had to go back home to Michigan she stayed in contact with us and was there to answer our many questions. Now that we have closed on our new home we are very happy and referring our friends of her when they want to relocate to Florida.

We hit it off immediately. We were looking to have some realtors do a comp for us, we asked her, they came over and the rest is history! Tremendous realtor, her knowledge and communication skills are off the chart! We have sold and bought and she is still working to have everything completed as there was an item that needed to be completed after we bought and after we had to leave to go north. I consider Sue to be not only our realtor, but our friend!
