I won't use anyone other than Stacey and Dylan with any of real estate needs. This was my 5th transaction with The Wylie Team in the last two years, and everytime they have always made the buying/selling experience a breeze!

Stacey was great throughout the whole home buying process. Was very patient with us and truly wanted us to find the right fit. Once we found the right home, we went back and forth with the sellers a couple times. Negotiations are tough, but she always offered very good advice. Once our offer was accepted, she made the closing process extremely painless. Always available when we needed her to get in the house or answer any questions. Dylan was very interested in us having what we wanted and went the extra mile to keep us up to date on what we could expect. He always replied promptly and with as much information as possible. The staff kept us informed at all times of what we could expect. They were friendly, low-key, and it was a pleasure to do business with them. We were interested in the neighborhood with new construction, and Dylan Wylie and his team were the agents representing the builder. While we were never in a place to choose an agent, we were very happy with the service and consideration given to us by Dylan Wylie and the team.
