Buyer reviewI have bought and sold 7 homes and used someone I knew on 6 of those. I did not know Stacey before this experience. I relocated due to work and knew no one in the area. I met her by clicking on a home advertisement on the Internet with no intention of selecting a realtor over the web. I was so impressed with her response time and detailed communication that I took a chance and decided to use her exclusively. Again I have bought and sold 7 homes and hands down Stacey is the best broker I have ever used. She understands her market and listens to her buyer. I looked at homes in high, mid and lower priced markets and Stacey had no concern about selling me a high end home to maximize her commission. Stacey wanted my wife and I to buy a home that we would be happy with and make sure we were represented properly during negotiations. I have since recommended Stacey to a coworker and they received the same service my wife and I did.

Seller reviewWe needed someone who understood that we had a small child and animals so it was very important that whoever we went with worked with our schedule and made sure other realtors showing the home were considerate as well. Stacey was great! We had plenty of notice and she often changed her plans to meet with potential buyers. Stacey bent over backwards to insure the sale of our home and to make sure we reached our financial goals. I would recommend Stacey to ANYONE looking to buy or sale their home. She was always available by one method or another, she made us understand the process and helped us make tough decisions. Stacey was very understanding of our situation and made everything work under some hard situations. We are nothing short of satisfied with her overall performance. We could not have ask for a better team. This was not an easy process for any of us, but C21 made sure to do all that they could and in the end we got what we needed from the sale of our home and were able to purchase our dream house.
