He didn't just hand us a package of paperwork and ask us to fill it out with no explanation. He answered all of our questions completely leaving no doubt we had made the right decision. Our process was a little more challenging, after the initial paperwork was completed the rest of it would need to be done remotely Andy was there to explain everything, every step of the way.
