Most importantly in the process, when she did not know an answer to a unique question/situation she went out to find it. She actively accessed the collective experience of her office rather than making assumptions. That saved a lot of time and minimized frustration. She kept us informed and connected at every important point in the selling process. She laid out our choices clearly and gave us her recommendations--we felt like we could move with confidence when unexpected twists occurred (and they almost always do!).
