He was aggressive when we needed to go after a property that I liked and also understanding and patient when I needed because I was feeling overwhelmed about the market. He always answered my text and called me back immediately. He is extremely knowledgeable about the market and what was a good or bad deal. I trusted him with my eyes closed and at the end of the day he got me the best house for my daughter and I! We couldn't be happier and I plan on using Dave over and over again. She was able to sell our home with multiple offers on the fourth day for $150,000 more than the other agents were recommending we list for. She understands what it takes to get the most for your home. Can you afford to use someone else? I couldn't. She is awesome
