Lila was great! I work long hours and she was willing to work with my schedule which was a big deal. Very patient as we looked for our new home. Her experience helped us find reds flags before they were ever a problem. She was very accessible and if I didn't reach her right away was prompt in getting back with me. I would be reluctant to use any other realtor.

She is honest and positive. Always available to answer questions. She will drive me to any home I'm curious about. Personally interested in the outcome being perfect. I have looked for a home for years and she never gave up on me. Her follow up after my purchase, thanking me with thoughtful gifts and answering questions is remarkable. Attention to detail making my transition easier. I have loved this journey buying my first home. She saves all communication and remembers every detail with other agents during negotiations. She is direct in what she expects from those she works with. Kind but firm so I'm not confused with what is needed from me. She came back early from a camping trip to get me in to see a home. Drove out to give me keys on her anniversary with her spouse. She cares about where I live and the lives of others interested in purchasing a home. I'm confident in sending friends and family to her in the future. She is inspirational!! Very patient staff. Professional and kind. I never felt hurried or any question being a stupid one. Everything was explained. I even had donuts at the signing. Communication through e-mail, text and phone calls. I'm impressed!! Thank you

Dave is the warmest, most genuine and understanding person I've ever met. He was patient with our process and very helpful in explaining things and answering our questions as first time home buyers. He was incredibly timely, trustworthy, and personable. He was even able to win over my hard headed father of whom was involved in the process.

The only reason I used Century21 is because Lila is on their team. Lila found me a the perfect house for my needs. For a fair price. In a market where the seller had vast advantage over me. She worked long hours on this putting many many offers together on short notice. She would often take calls as late 8 or 9pm. She had documents put together quickly and accurately. She would show me as many as 10 houses a day until we found the right one. Her knowledge of building structures, utilities , zoning, and interior design saved me from making some mistakes. Her fair market valuation of every house was right on. I had the house I wanted under contract in two weeks of starting. It wasn't a fluke! It was consistent hard work on her part. I am certain I will use Lila again.
