Buyer reviewIt was always very easy and straighforward to work with Jason. At the same time, it was always clear that he had the sellers best interests at heart (he was not representing us, but rather we were unrepresented). This is exactly what I would hope for in a realtor. Of the many realtors we interacted with in our home search Jason was by far the most professional and courteous. Additionally he was very responsive and he quickly answered all the questions we had. Whether buying or selling I would not hesitate to use Jason as my agent.

In addition he referred us to a broker in our home city that we ended up using to sell our home that was also superb! Despite the difficulties of working between two cities, Jason was absolutely outstanding. I would enthusiastically recommend him, without reservation! He was the BEST!

Buyer reviewJason happens to be the realtor for a friend of mine. My wife and I met Jason and liked him from the start. He has since proven to us that he is as good as our first impression was of him. Clean cut and easily adapted to what we needed. This is my first home and Jason walked us both through all the steps we needed. It seems our situation was a little different from the norm, and Jason was there for us every step of the way explaining exactly what was happening and what was expected. Jason communicated with me frequently. He made time in his schedule to meet with us when it was convenient for us. We had problems with the first house we put money down for the down payment. He helped us through it working as our liaison between us and the lender. Even though we lost the first house, he was positive that we would find another. His attitude made it easier to keep an open mind.
