Seller reviewMy first contact was about the feasibility of selling the house. Not sure I wanted to sell as the house needed significant restoration. This was not my house, my mother had passed away with a significant reverse mortgage. Cost of renovation seemed to exceed any hope to break even. I could have let the bank repossess it and be done. Jon was confident he could sell the house without renovation at a good price. I believed him, and I'm glad I did! He was easy to work with and is ever positive. This was a great experience.
