Initially tried 1-2 in the area and compared to brokers used in previous purchases in Utah and Idaho. We found Zachary Bunker to be patient, insightful and willing to go the extra mile on our behalf. Our search area was broad to begin with and Zach helped us narrow our search but also not limit ourselves to where we previously lived. His suggestions helped us find a new community to buy in. This was a very competitive transaction. Mr. Cales fought to get our offer in front of the Sellers then persuaded the Selling Agent to advance our Offer. If we would have submitted it by ourselves someone else would own the property. He was able to guide the transaction and even assist with several issues along the way. We are extremely satisfied with the outcome and recommend Austin Cales without reservation.

Zach is highly qualified for his role. He was helpful, friendly, had excellent knowledge to get the job done. We sold our home for what we were asking and even got it sold within the timeframe needed so we could make the buy of our new home happen on time. If you are in a time crunch to find the perfect home, you need Zach Bunker on your team.

I was first introduced to Zach by a cold call after I had signed up for information on foreclosed houses. I had several agents call me. Zach went the extra mile for me after finding out my situation. He was patient and did not push, but also checked on me to see where things were at in my situation. He still was willing to provide listings of houses to me during almost a year until I was able to start really looking into buying a home. He also was willing to do work that he may never get compensated for. Zach always was a email or phone call away ready to answer any question I had. Me feeling like Zach had my back and that he was truthful with me was very important. Zach did this to my knowledge on all things.
