When it came to advising and preparing our offer (in a multiple offer situation) he knows how to make our offer more appealing but still comfortable for us and our goals. She saved us nearly $10,000 on our home purchase price, met our needs on an extremely tight purchasing schedule, and stuck with it to make sure things were right LONG after the sale closed. Very easy to work with, ultra knowledgeable, and very committed. We've sold all of our own homes in the past for top dollar without using a broker, so we usually go it alone. But Heather made a believer out of us! Highly recommended.
