(aka : "The Shit") Regardless of setbacks, misunderstandings (mostly on my part), miscommunications (again, probably on my part) & my own lack of knowledge in dealing w/ anything concerning real estate purchasing...., I would have to say that EVERYONE was extremely patient, accommodating & tolerant of my ignorance and the obstacles that they were presented with. Buyer reviewAaron Christensen is very professional and approachable which helped through the process but what I was most impressed with was his willingness to go above and beyond to help me find what I was specifically needed. When it came to the contract we were up against multiple offers and Aaron was very experienced and thoughtful on how to be strategic to help make our offer stronger. There were even 2 cash offers we were up against and ultimately the seller still took our offer. The sellers agent even mentioned that it was the due diligence and preparation that Aaron did up front to know what would make our offer most impressive that made the difference. He had great attention to detail and always took the time for me when I had questions. Aaron Christensen is a Rock Star of a Realtor.
