Seller reviewAustin is great!! He was so patient with us in our long search for the perfect home. He always made time for us, even if it was on nights or weekends. We are grateful for the time he spent with us and helping us. He is very knowledgeable and we felt like he was able to give us fair evaluations regarding the homes we were seeing.

That included making an offer on a townhome, seriously inches away from just building our own brand new home, and then traveling multiple times all the way from Tooele to West Valley. Throughout the whole process Austin was incredible. His service to us was flawless. He's very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. This was our first time buying a home so it was a bit intimidating and scary so to speak, but with Austin's assistance, it felt like a breeze. Buyer reviewYou won't find anybody better than Austin Cales. He is very knowledgeable and accessible. He was committed to helping us find the house that we wanted. He would respond to our texts and calls and set up times to view houses whenever worked best for us. Austin showed us our home that was on the market for one day. Had he not been our realtor there was no way we would have bought our home as it would have sold quickly. Austin isn't just accessible and efficient with his time, he also has great connections with lenders, inspectors, and title companies. By working with his team and his connections, it made the overwhelming process of buying a home much easier. Again, you won't find realtor better than Austin.
