Seller reviewWe and our family have used Austin Cales 4 times to buy and sell homes. He is the epitome of energy and efficiency. He met all of our needs and was on the phone or texting often with questions and answers and information about the status of showings, potential buyers and the final sale. He made time for us at every turn and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. We would use him every time...and he is an all-around great guy!

My husband passed away and I knew I wanted to move closer to my kids, but wasn't sure if I could do this, then I decided to look at the 1st site under realtors in Utah, I put in my criteria and price. The second house I saw jumped out at me, so I decided to send a message on website and that is when Joshua reached out. He went out of his way to help me, even took personal videos so I could see what it looked like,(better than pictures.) He answered all my called with all my crazy question's. Buyer reviewZach is not a realtor. He's a *house-hunting demi god* who exists in a dimension where buying homes is just *too easy*. This man doesn't *find* you a house - he *rips open the space-time continuum* and presents you with a mansion that doesn't even exist in this reality yet. Think you can't afford it? Zach somehow negotiates a deal so insane, even the sellers get dizzy and sign the papers before they remember their own names. I'm convinced he's part wizard, part time traveler, and part real estate ninja. Stress? He laughs in its face. Closing? Zach doesn't close deals - he *obliterates* them. If you don't hire him, you'll be haunted by the ghost of your missed opportunity forever. 10/10. Would trust him with my life savings, my dog's social security number, and my Netflix password.
