Buyer reviewDana did an outstanding job. She was very available and willing to help. We looked at the house I bought and put an offer in on the Fourth of July, and she didn't complain once about giving up her holiday to look at the house. I think we looked at so many houses she probably lost money on the deal! We also had a lot of unique situations come up with the sale of my house. Dana wasn't even the realtor for the sale of my house but she still took the time and effort to get to the bottom of the situation and keep the deal in place for the house I was buying. I don't enjoy looking at houses, but Dana made it fun and was very attentive to details. You can tell that Dana has your best interests at heart, even if that means putting herself in a tougher situation. Highly recommend!

Buyer reviewDana is by far the most friendly, caring, loving and supportive realtor I've met and I'm so glad I met her and was able to work with her on finding my very first home. My parents got to meet her and they said they would love to have her as their realtor once they sell their house and look for a new one. She's very polite and educated on her work. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor.

Buyer reviewDana was a no brainer for me when deciding who I was going to have by my side as a first-time home buyer. She and I met and instantly formed a loving, and super fun friendship and I knew that she was going to be my realtor. Through the process she was always so uplifting, positive, and excited. She constantly went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied. In fact, only after looking at two houses, she was able to read my body language, facial expressions and tone of voice. She understood my preferences, what I liked and wanted in a home, and what would be a big no for me. I trusted her to look at homes without me when our schedules wouldn't align, and she would go above and beyond to find the time and facetime with me as she walked through the home. When the process would get rocky, when offers wouldn't get approved, when communication between other parties were inadequate, Dana would be the on top of it! She would call, email, text, facetime, and meet in person. She makes you feel like you are the most important even though you know she has several clients. She lets you vent, cry, and even scream if needed, and every time she finds a way to make you smile and feel better about it all! I would recommend Dana each and every time!

Seller reviewKim was amazing! She was so patient with me and was incredibly in tune with what I wanted to accomplish. I was not going to use a realtor, but when Kim came along, it was the only decision that made sense. She was on top of things and dealt with difficult buyers. She really took a lot off my plate and I appreciated that so very much. She was not only professional, but she is really a nice person, too. I would definitely recommend Kim to anyone who wants to listen to my story. Rachel Just as stated before. I do not believe I would have had a good experience without Kim leading the charge and fighting those windmills!
