Buyer reviewEvon listen to what we were lkooking for she showed us housess that we asked to see and she knew immediately that that was not the house for us and she would say so and explain to us why -- not to be sexist but I'v worked with males before and women have a diff view and will tell you excatly what they think---so kuddles to Evon!

Matt is very professional, listens to what I want, no pressure, pointed out items and issues I needed to know about in order to make my decisions, great personality, knowledge of his field and profession is very strong and very patient. Matt worked with me for over a year while I was deciding on what I wanted to do as far as buying used or building new. He is very responsive to all my questions and setting up appointments. Completely pleased with Matt's performance throughout the entire time working with him. Would highly recommend him. Fine job all around.
