Buyer reviewHe was very prompt with his responses and willingness to show property. Very professional and yet personable. He has the ability to put people at ease and he is a good listener. Matt really stood out from other agents I had seen property with because of his sincerity. He quickly understood what I was looking for and he was genuine in his desire to help me find the right home.

Buyer reviewI don't know anything about home buying, and I typically am untrusting of people who need commission. Matt proved himself trustworthy, available, knowledgable, and full of charisma. He was always available for us, and that's something I can barely do with my day job. He was available on weekends, even on vacation. I don't know that that's best for everyone, but everything he did for us was helpful and very noticeable. Matt made a process that seemed impossible, extremely doable for us. We are so thankful for working with him. I typically would crosscheck everything he told and advised us with friends and family, and they confirmed what he had said. I can't imagine the homebuying experience without Matt by our side. Full disclosure: we tried to buy a house last year, but it wasn't working out for us financially. We originally worked with Matt then, and because of how helpful he was last year, we chose to work with him this year when we actually did buy a house. We are so thankful we did!
