I have bought a few houses in my life and what I wanted in a realtor was someone that was knowledgeable, representative of my family's needs, quick, responsive, and not afraid to ask questions and push to get what I needed. Matt was the only realtor I ever had that did all of this. He was never shy when working for us. I truly felt that Matt worked for me, so much, so that he probably made a ring tone for me as he picked up day or night, vacation or not. Thanks Matt!

Seller reviewMy husband and I sent a message early last November (pre-holidays) re: a house we were interested in seeing. David was the first one to respond, and did we ever hit the jackpot! We were not pre-approved, so he guided us through every step of everything, mostly remotely and even when we were traveling out-of-town. It was amazing! Three weeks from first showing to closing!!! Plus, 6 months later when we were ready, he helped us sell our old house with just as much expertise and good advice. Could not be happier with how it all turned out. I have been telling everyone what a great experience we had and recommending they give him a call. FIVE STARS!
