Buyer reviewI found Matt by inquiring on a listing in Abbey Place subdivision in Fort Wayne. He contacted me and the relationship began. I was still living out of state at the time. Over the past 11 months, Matt has shown me several homes and we have put offers on at least 3 homes with several others trying to purchase but sold before I could react with offer. He has been more than patient and good to bounce ideas. I will work with him when it comes time to sell.

Buyer reviewFrom the get go Matthew made it clear he was working for me as the buyer. My interests in looking at this particular house were also his concern. I saw the house on-line and with in a minute of filling out the information Matthew called and set up a showing that day. As Matthew showed me the house he answered my questions and had contacts he could ask since they lived close by. When my husband and I decided to make an offer on the house Matthew came to our home to fill out the purchase agreement and helped us to understand what would likely help to make our offer the best. He did not force us into something we were not comfortable with, just gave guidance and options to consider. Once the offer was accepted Matthew helped us to and kept us informed as to what to expect. He set up closing and was surprised how quickly our loan came through. He was always quick to answer my texts or calls to get the closing set up at my husband's ever changing work schedule. Matthew is an excellent agent to work with
