Karen rocks!! Thanks for all your help!

We met Karen in November 2022 where she had helped us obtaining a rental. She was great to work with at that time. In late May 2024, the owners of the rental informed us that they wished to sell the home. So we needed to find a home to buy and we reached out to her for assistance. She picked up and remembered us from 2022. After catching up, we got down to business. We had certain requirements for the home we were looking for, she listened to them, and we started seeing places. Because of what we wanted to do, she really helped us out with a lot of the subdivision covenants. A lot of these locations say no "HOA" but there are still active covenants that are being followed by the homeowners in those subdivisions. She was on top of things and was obtaining covenant documents to review in a timely manner.. We settled on the home we purchased because of this. Karen is an absolute pleasure to work with. My wife and I both highly recommend her and we both thank her for her efforts.

She made this process so much easier and even enjoyable. This is our first house and all the little questions she had an answer to and helped us understand it.

I was with Sheila at another agency for nearly a year before she transferred Century 21. It was getting very disgusting to have it on sale for so long and hardly have any views. Once Sheila went to Century 21 it seemed like the attitude was so much different. Sheila was actually getting assistance from century twenty 12 help secure a buyer for my home. In the 3 weeks Sheila had my home on the market there were more interested clients and visitors than I had in the last year. I'm not only happy that Sheila left the other agency but that century 21 has been a good move for her. Thank you for a job well done.

Roshelle always made time for each and every question we had while finding a home to all the details during the process to our purchase of our new home. Her knowledge or ways and means to find answers for us was impeccable.
