Work With A PRO TEAM of CENTURY 21 Atwood

I had a great experience working with CENTURY ATWOOD 21. I worked with both Andrew Atwood and Todd Heim. I felt that they were both very knowledgeable and were timely on getting me information. I would recommend!

As the only realtor I have worked with (first time buying a home) at first I thought Drew was just an awesome realtor. He was always readily available, quick to respond to questions, and got us into houses (a lot of them at that) right away. You could have easily convinced me we were his only client! But, soon I realized Drew is much more than "just an awesome realtor". From taking his entire Sunday afternoon to help us re-side the shed at the new house in order to pass appraisal, to letting us use the moving truck (pictures in post) for over a week FREE OF CHARGE! I can't say enough good things about him and the Work With a Pro Team. They made the entire process much easier than I could have ever imagined and took so much stress off of our plates. If you are buying or selling a house and you AREN'T working with Drew and crew, I assure you that you're doing it wrong! HIGHLY RECOMMEND and would give 10 stars if I could!

Andrew was very accommodating to work with we had contacted him a year prior to take a quick peak at our home when we were not sure if we were going to sell or not. Andrew gave us some pointers on prioritizing updates that would offer more visual appeal as well as increase the value of our home. When we had performed some of his recommendations we came in touch with him again roughly a year later. Andrew gave us his undivided attention when looking at homes and answering any questions we had as well as negotiated on our behalf. We always felt like we were Andrews only clients he spent as much time as we needed when looking at homes, coming to our home to stage and or answering questions about the buying or selling process. We bought our current home one week and a week later had our home on the market and sold this all occurred in roughly a ten day period. Andrew negotiated when necessary on our behalf and always acted in our best interest. We would definitely use him again and recommend his services to anyone.

Andrew did an amazing job helping me purchase my first home! Being new to the whole process, I had many questions. Andrew is super knowledgeable and was able to answer all those questions! Andrew is very flexible with showings and will work around your schedule. I couldn't have asked more from a realtor, Andrew was amazing! Thank you Andrew!
