Team Profile
The Z-Team REALTORS, Bob and Linda Zdora, began their encore real estate career in 2004 after relocating to beautiful Mountain Home, Arkansas. Linda said, "It seems we have always been a team. I literally bumped into him on the street during our sophomore year of high school, and we became high school sweethearts.:
Bob and Linda have been a team in more than just real estate and celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary in 2021. After HS graduation, Bob enlisted in the USMC and served during the Viet Nam War. He went on to a successful 34 year law enforcement career, ending as Sgt. of Police, City of Chicago. Bob and Linda have raised 2 amazing sons, Robert and Jason. Jason recently relocated from downtown Chicago and is enjoying living in the Ozarks!
NEW IN 2024, ALL TEAM MEMBERS HAVE EARNED THE ABR DESIGNATION. Each agent is now Accredited Buyers Agents. This is thru a special course of study and testing to earn this designation.
In 2016, the first REALTOR to come on board the Z-Team was Reese Tubbs. Reese is a seasoned agent, born and raised in the South. He brings his knowledge of the area, rural lands, river and lake property, and acreage to our Team.
Darlene Clark Smith, REALTOR, joined the team in 2018. She also understands rural Arkansas and properties. She is licenses in Arkansas and Missouri. Darlene is a great Mom and Grandmom and a natural to help first time homebuyers and enjoys working with buyers and sellers.
Sam McMaster, REALTOR, is married and the father of 2. Sam has had a 20-year career in the US Army and has retired. During his tenure in the Army, his family has lived many places in the US but moved to the Twin Lakes area in 2002 and retired in 2006, Sam is a welcome 2019 addition to our team, assisting Veterans with loans and finding the right property..
The Z-Team has won many awards over the years. Quality Service Team Awards, Pinnacle Team Awards, Master Team Awards, Presidential Team Award for 5 years running!. Also winning every level in the Awards of Excellence NAR awards from Bronze to Double Diamond. Bob and Linda have earned the NAR designations of Executive Brokers, SRES, ABR, and GRI Graduated of the Real Estate Institute. They are proud to be REALTORS.
Bob is the local real estate personality on his own weekly TV Broadcast and multiple radio shows on local stations, "This Week in Real Estate with Bob Zdora". The local real estate expert in the Ozarks for 15 years.

Seller reviewListened to Bob on the radio and knew we liked how they did business. After talking to Linda on the phone I knew this was the right choice for us. She really set my mind at ease. They really perform the way he talks about it on the radio. It was surprising to have Linda answer the phone and take the time to talk to me and listen to why we wanted to sell our second home. She took the time to really listen even though we were outside of their normal selling area. I was so relieved after talking to her. We were a thousand miles away and relied on them for much of the prep work. Reese was an asset to the team. He was good at keeping us informed as to some of the things the buyer wanted done and keeping things on track to be able to close sooner than originally scheduled. From the day I signed the contract with the Zteam to the day we closed was exactly 30 days. That's amazing! Can't thank them enough.

Seller reviewWe continue to work with the Z-team searching for our next home. They have been so patient and understanding, because we really aren't very clear about what we want. It's sort of a "we'll know it when we see it" kind of thing. Bob and Linda seem to completely understand that feeling and have really been helpful. We've never felt pressured in any way. In fact, their advice to us has been to take our time and make the right decision. We see them more as friends, than agents. Concerning the sale of our home, I would mention that Linda Zdora is an outstanding property photographer. The presentation of our home on the website showed a warm and inviting home, which I believe enticed would-be buyers to want to see it.

Seller reviewReese was excellent. We initially were going to sell the property on our own, but due to time constraints had to have property listed. Glad we picked the Z team. Our property sold within about a month of listing which is unheard of. We absolutely would not have been able to do this on our own. Thank you for working with us and most importantly FOR us to help us get our property sold!

I needed to change locks for safety and she helped me contact the right people to take care of it, along extra help with the electric company she has went way beyond to help me and I would recommend her highly!!! Linda offered options to make me and the buyer happy she is a great help so solve the issues. Linda is the best , I came back to Linda because she was so helpful the first time I trust her completely and she did excellent last time and this time!!! I never dealt or talked to anyone else except Linda she was the only one that helped me..she deserves a gold star!!!!! with the Z team meaning linda I cannot compliment them enough they have helped me so much and had so much patience and thoughtfulness to my situation she has been there for me 150 %
