Team Profile
The Z-Team REALTORS, Bob and Linda Zdora, began their encore real estate career in 2004 after relocating to beautiful Mountain Home, Arkansas. Linda said, "It seems we have always been a team. I literally bumped into him on the street during our sophomore year of high school, and we became high school sweethearts.:
Bob and Linda have been a team in more than just real estate and celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary in 2021. After HS graduation, Bob enlisted in the USMC and served during the Viet Nam War. He went on to a successful 34 year law enforcement career, ending as Sgt. of Police, City of Chicago. Bob and Linda have raised 2 amazing sons, Robert and Jason. Jason recently relocated from downtown Chicago and is enjoying living in the Ozarks!
NEW IN 2024, ALL TEAM MEMBERS HAVE EARNED THE ABR DESIGNATION. Each agent is now Accredited Buyers Agents. This is thru a special course of study and testing to earn this designation.
In 2016, the first REALTOR to come on board the Z-Team was Reese Tubbs. Reese is a seasoned agent, born and raised in the South. He brings his knowledge of the area, rural lands, river and lake property, and acreage to our Team.
Darlene Clark Smith, REALTOR, joined the team in 2018. She also understands rural Arkansas and properties. She is licenses in Arkansas and Missouri. Darlene is a great Mom and Grandmom and a natural to help first time homebuyers and enjoys working with buyers and sellers.
Sam McMaster, REALTOR, is married and the father of 2. Sam has had a 20-year career in the US Army and has retired. During his tenure in the Army, his family has lived many places in the US but moved to the Twin Lakes area in 2002 and retired in 2006, Sam is a welcome 2019 addition to our team, assisting Veterans with loans and finding the right property..
The Z-Team has won many awards over the years. Quality Service Team Awards, Pinnacle Team Awards, Master Team Awards, Presidential Team Award for 5 years running!. Also winning every level in the Awards of Excellence NAR awards from Bronze to Double Diamond. Bob and Linda have earned the NAR designations of Executive Brokers, SRES, ABR, and GRI Graduated of the Real Estate Institute. They are proud to be REALTORS.
Bob is the local real estate personality on his own weekly TV Broadcast and multiple radio shows on local stations, "This Week in Real Estate with Bob Zdora". The local real estate expert in the Ozarks for 15 years.

Buyer reviewWhen I started considering a move to the Mountain Home area, I did an online search of realtors in the area. I came across Bob Zdoras name several times. I noticed he had a local radio station show and had several youtube videos available. It was obvious he put more time into his craft than other local realtors that I came across online. I was able to get to know Bob online long before I ever had contact with him. I learned aspects of buying a home that I had not considered before. To me, there was no reason that I could think of to even consider another Broker. I have dealt with other realtors in the past who did not put much effort in helping with the purchase of a home other than negotiating the price and setting up title companies. Bob and Linda went above and beyond, working together to help with all aspects of my purchase and move. Whenever I thought I would be frustrating them with my unending thousands of questions, they were always very respectful and polite. It was rare to have outstanding communications with a realtor. Bob returned messages and calls almost instantly every time I had a question or request. I don't even get that with my own agent here in TX where it might be days before I would get a return call or message. To me, using any other Real Estate company in the area would just create more work and headaches for a potential buyer or seller. I was amazed! It seemed that in a blink of an eye, Bob and Linda had worked together to make it an easy, seamless process from first contact to follow ups after the purchase of the home. Bob and Linda (and staff) were very knowledgeable about the local area and were able to answer each and every question I had even when I asked the same questions multiple times. When moving from one state to another, your head begins to spin. Bob was able to put everything in place from local help for moving, utility contacts, insurance agents, home inspectors, title companies and many other areas to help ease the process. 10 Star realty company. I would not suggest any other realtor to anyone. I will suggest Bob and Linda Zdora as real estate agents to anyone I know of considering property purchases or selling of property. Buying with Bob was an outstanding process. I cannot say enough about my experiences. Everyone went well above and beyond my expectations.
