Tom Petrigliano is a longtime resident and community expert of North Georgia's premiere mountain community: Big Canoe. He is passionate about helping his clients find their dream home in the foothills and serenity of the North Georgia Mountains. Originally from Upstate New York, Tom moved to the Atlanta Metro area in 1984. After 40+ years in the technology and computer industry, Tom moved from Johns Creek to the Mountains of Big Canoe. He brings a wealth of local market knowledge to help his clients inform their next move.
In 2003, Tom and his wife began their love of Big Canoe when they became part-time property owners by purchasing a lot in 2003, and later, a vacation home in 2004. They made Big Canoe their primary residence in 2009. That same year, Tom sought a change of pace and started his second career as a real estate agent for Big Canoe Realty. Tom is thrilled to be a part of Century 21 Results, a nationally and globally recognized franchise of the CENTURY 21 brand. He will continue to help his clients escape to the Mountains and revel in the relaxed North Georgia Mountains lifestyle.

Buyer reviewAfter searching for a new home for many months in different areas of southeastern US, we had become frustrated. Many realtors wasted our time -wrong price range, areas, or styles of homes. And they would not respond in a timely manner! As soon as the Big Canoe house listing popped up, we contacted Tom. He responded in minutes. Then, within 45 minutes, he gave us a video tour. We put together an offer. All of this was done in a couple of hours as were driving home! From a different state we purchased our new home. Tom is an amazing realtor!

He is honest , has great market and personal knowledge of Big Canoe properties, very personable, is very patient , and has never been "pushy" with my wife and I . Best thing we did seven years ago is meeting Tom and then staying with Tom For the moment We live in Chattanooga which can make it challenging to meet various people ( contractors , home inspectors, ....)at Big Canoe. We never had to ask Tom if he would meet someone for us .... he just did it ! Tom is simply the BEST!
