He was referred to us by a California agent with Century 21. He understood our needs and has been so helpful during the process. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy in Las Vegas.

We are out of town clients. We received a postcard with Alan's information and called him. But it was his professional manner and knowledge that led us to list with him. I can not say enough about Alan's professionalism, patience, and knowledge. Quite frankly, we have sold other homes before and had a good experience but Alan went above and beyond for us because we were out of town and were unavailable to handle the tasks. He handled literally everything for us except for signing the papers. We feel so grateful to have found such a hardworking individual. We have never met Alan face to face but this real estate experience was absolutely the easiest and the best experience and it was because of Alan. Again, I would use Alan Stamm in a heartbeat. He literally did everything a professional real estate agent should do and then, calmly proceeded to do more than any other agent I have ever worked with. This transaction was quick, efficient, and virtually effortless for us because of his efforts and actions - he went above and beyond and we can't say enough wonderful things about him.

I would not hesitate hiring Alan Stam if you are considering Las Vegas Country Club as your home. His is extremely knowledgeable about the area and individual units, and has a keen sense for pricing. He is also very accessible which we found invaluable during the delays with our closing. I have a number of friends who are realtors and would not even consider using them over Alan. He was by far the best realtor I have dealt with in the past 10 years.
