Seller reviewAlan went above and beyond our expectations on the sale of our condo. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and helped us tremendously. He was an excellent communicator as well. He knew the area well and knew exactly what needed to be done to our unit to make a sale. The condo was a vacation home for us and we live out of the country, Alan was extremely helpful arranging for repairs that needed to be done and cleaning and upgrades on our behalf. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Seller reviewAlan did an excellent job overall, with a VERY troublesome buyer. Had lots of patience, paid attention to the details, and communicated very well. When there was a misstep, he took responsibility for it, and made it right- which is rare these days. He had great knowledge of the LVCC, and the nuances involved in selling within the community. Also had good contacts for contractors, when it came to getting estimates for inspection related work. Glad I chose him, especially as I was an out of state seller, and he did so many of the things that I couldn't personally.
