Buyer reviewWhen I decided to purchase a house I knew I had to contact Alvaro having dealt with him in the past. From the first time I contacted him I told him what I was looking to buy. He asked me questions to get more information on what exactly I was looking for. He was patient with me didn't pressure me until I found what I really liked which didn't take long. During the negotiations he negotiated a great price I was extremely happy and we open escrow. Escrow was pretty smooth the few issues we had he would tell me we had an issue but this is what we're going to do already had a solution. Always kept me informed what was going on and when I had a question he would quickly respond. A true professional I would highly recommend Alvaro Bautista to all my friends and family.
