Seller reviewA friend of mine, who is a realtor elsewhere in SC, researched stats on the internet, and Alyssa came out on top because of her sales production and her dedication. Alyssa facilitated closing by overnight mail. She even assisted me by "rescuing" the Spectrum cable box to prevent Spectrum from charging never-ending penalties for failure to return equipment! Alyssa is very efficient and stays "riveted" on the objective of a successful sale. She tells it like it is --no sugar coating. She's clearly part of the "A Team."
