My family moved to Gainesville, Va., from Alice Springs, Australia in 2001, allowing me to see the rapid growth in both residential and commercial real estate in the local area. Seller reviewOur experience with Amber Castles was excellent! To start with, she came to our house before it was ready to list to give her advice and where to start to get it ready. She was honest and realistic, but always optimistic - basically becoming our biggest cheerleader as we prepped our home. She has a great attitude and knows the market in this area so well. Through the process of contracts and negotiations, she was always on our team and willing to fight for us as her clients. She kept us informed on her plans and research. She even looked into some county codes to find information for buyers. Selling a house is hard work, but working with Amber will make it a lot easier.

Seller reviewAmber and her team of real estate professionals recently sold our single-family home in Warrenton, VA. We have utilized Amber's services on a number of real estate transactions over the past several years as we are real estate investors, but this was different since it had been our principal residence for the past 20 years. Needless to say, we were somewhat emotional letting our home of 20 years go, but Amber handled the listing, showings and sale with professionalism and sensitivity. She set a price point that we had thought at the time was a little high, but by the time all showings and contracts were said and done we accepted an offer that was $35,000 above the price point that she had set. She guided the sales process through to completion always keeping us informed while dealing with a buyer's agent who was unprofessional and rude. Don't let Amber's polite and cheery manner fool you – when needed, she will keep an opposing agent in line and fight hard for her client every step of the way. I can't say enough good things about Amber. If you want a professional real estate agent who is knowledgeable, cooperative and reasonable, and will fight for her client, give Amber a call.
