My family moved to Gainesville, Va., from Alice Springs, Australia in 2001, allowing me to see the rapid growth in both residential and commercial real estate in the local area. Seller reviewLiving in Hawaii and Colorado during the water remediation (on four levels), restoration and upgrades was a nightmare being so far away; however, with Amber on the ground in Haymarket - she took over the project management and did not charge a cent. She put in hundreds of extra hours to ensure our home was restored better than when we built it and prepared it for sale, which was executed it expertly. Amber had to deal with State Farm, BB&T, various contractors, HOA and us - all at the same time to ensure everything was executed on time and per all stakeholder requirements. The water remediation and repairs took nine months and I did not even have to come to the house after the contracts were signed for the work authorization - Amber had our permission to deal with all issues - superb job.

Seller reviewAmber Castles was amazing! We couldn't have asked for anything more. She walked us through selling our home step by step. She thoroughly explained everything. She made herself available whenever we had a question and not only sat with us on many occasions but texted, phoned and emailed frequently. We always felt informed about what was going on. Amber's attitude was very friendly, always greeting us with a smile. We had a few instances that were upsetting and she helped us through it. When our dog passed away she brought us dinner!!! For Thanksgiving she gave us a wonderful pecan pie....Just these two things alone made us feel she was more than a broker, but a friend also. Her husband came to help mine replace deck boards. She staged our home beautifully. I can't say enough about how wonderful she was with everything. I would highly recommend her to anyone! The above questions should have an even higher rating for Amber!

We had several must haves on our list and Amber was patient and courteous with us throughout the entire process (almost a year). We highly recommend Amber Castles as a realtor. She was very professional and knowledgeable yet down to Earth and easy to talk to. Amber helped us look for our dream home for around a year! We were very picky but Amber continued to show enthusiasm towards new listings.
