Buyer reviewApril went above and beyond. I had a mortgage issue that popped up 5 days before original closing. She kept the seller informed and kept smoothing things out with him. She coordinated with the new mortgage company very well. We were very happy with April's performance. Couldn't have asked for more. I would use April to buy or sell a house again without a doubt.

She listens to what I need, takes action and will be using her again for my next home purchase and when I need to sell the home we just bought. Attention to detail, professional manner and understanding all my needs and unique situation. I have tried other brokers before her as I know her husband from back in the day and don't like to mix friends and business. I had recommended her to my Mom and she killed it for her and then my cousin. I had to fire my previous broker and knew it was time to engage April and she got it done. I can be a pain and very demanding and she always went above and beyond and is top notch!!! Smartest move you will make is hiring April!!
