Seller reviewApril was the consummate professional... a real estate super hero. From our first consultation meeting through the sale completion April was amazing, exceeding all of our expectations. She sold our house higher than another agent recommended listing our house at ... and during a pandemic! She works behind the scenes (seller's agent, mortgage company, title company, etc) to ensure a smooth closing without issue. I'm still not sure how she does it all... I think she secretly has a clone. Hands down best real estate agent that I've ever worked with!

Buyer reviewApril Todd was wonderful to work with. We sold our home with another realtor, which was not a very good experience for us. We were told about April and what a great person she was and asked her to become our new realtor. April took us under her wing and showed us what a wonderful experience we could have during this process. She actually listened to what we were looking for and did not push us into anything we did not want to see. She was kind, understand, patient, funny, knowledgeable, and her communication was amazing. Every time I received a text or email from her I looked forward to reading it. She went above and beyond and we are/were truly grateful to have her during this process.
