He sat down with me for as long as I needed to ask him every question I knew to ask and then he proceeded to fill in all the gaps of things I never even knew I needed to know or ask, so I was fully prepared with a real vision for expecatations, and it worked out so easily. From knowing exactly the things needing attention for selling points without major expense, to keeping on schedule for obtaining repairs, inspectors, walk throughs, etc. and the pricing point to make this a timely on market to selling process. He was professional in every way and with the kindest heart as I was selling due to the death of my father. He went above an beyond I believe to make the sell a great success.
