Seller reviewEveryone knows a realtor and there were plenty in our neighborhood including the original developer's realtors. You would think that one would pick a local neighbor but the selection of Bert far exceeded any sale that has ever gone through this neighborhood and that is 100% due to Bert's outstanding marketing strategy and techniques, coupled with extreme professionalism and knowledge. He crushed it on all aspects and I would use him time and time again.

Buyer reviewBert Morrison went above and beyond throughout the entire process. We picked a handful of potential homes and he had consecutive showings scheduled the next day for all of them. After we decided on one of them Bert went out of his way to make negotiations for us while he was on vacation with his family. He did everything we asked and more. This was especially helpful as we were first time home buyers in this situation. I will definitely use Bert again in the future and would refer him to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Seller reviewBert's track record and friendliness mainly lead to my decision to use him. He has lived in the area his whole life and has great knowledge of real estate where my home was located. I believe Bert's knowledge of the area was a key factor in getting top dollar for my home as he knew exactly how to market the home for location it was in. This allowed him to use specific marketing techniques I would have never thought to use, use key words in the listing and printed materials, as well as have engaging conversation with potential buyers during the open house Bert was available around the clock and it was unbelievable. He was proactive and responsive at night, on weekends, and even while he was on vacation with his family. He never made me feel as if my question or concerns were too small or irrelevant, regardless of how minor they were coming from a first time seller. I will 100% be using Bert in the future for buying and/or selling. I believe he went above and beyond and I feel I can trust him. I have already referred him to friends and family
